About eMars’ Shipping and Delivery Policies
- How does the eMars calculate shipping fees?
eMars calculates shipping fees based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel provided by the Seller, as well as the different rates of our logistics partners. - Will items or products from different sellers in the same order be delivered by the same shipping method?
No, the item(s) or product(s) will be delivered based on the shipping options offered by each seller.For example, if you purchase Items A and B from Seller X and Item C from Seller Y in the same order:
- Items A and B will be shipped by Seller X’s shipping method.
- Item C will be shipped by Seller Y’s shipping method.
Note: Shipping fees will also be charged separately for products from different sellers.
- Can I change my shipping options?
No, you are unable to change your shipping options. - Where can I find shipping updates for my order?
You can view your shipping updates from your order(s) by clicking To Ship or To Receive under My Purchases via the Me tab on eMars App > Select shipment status of your order > View all shipping updates.- Tracking Number will be automatically shared once available.
- All shipping details will be updated regularly, from preparing your parcel to delivery of same.
- What if I am not satisfied with the delivery service?
You may leave a rating for Delivery Service when you rate your item(s) or product(s) after confirming the receipt of your order. If you wish to file a complaint or make a special request, you may contact our Customer Service via in-app chat or internet call by stating the information as follows:- Affected Order ID(s) Number
- Reason for the complaint or request;
- For complaint: Name and contact number of the rider;
- For special request: Preferred pickup schedule or vehicle;
Please take note that all complaints will undergo investigation while all special requests are subject to the approval of eMars’s partner couriers.
